Presentation of the Dashboard
General
The general dash board informs the user of important items in progress. If there is nothing to act on for a category, it will disappear from the dashboard.
It is possible to find all the different categories in the tabs on the left.
- EMAILS

- In Process : To be treated
- Emails bounced : Emails sent for which an automatic reply has been received, indicating that the email has not been delivered.- Spam email : Spam
- Errors in sent emails: Emails that could not be sent to an email system.
Order forms
Order forms
-To be invoiced (excl. inventories): Purchase orders that have been confirmed for sale and are to be invoiced.- Subscriptions to be created : Validated quotes waiting for subscription creation.-Electricity to be invoiced : Electricity purchase orders to be invoiced, created by the inventory.-Quotations sent and not signed: Quotations sent by email awaiting signature by the customer.
Place option management
- Options in progress: Quotations sent with an option, waiting to be signed.
- Validated quotations with options: Validated quotes with an option pending contract creation.
- Expired Options: Quotes with an option that have not been signed and whose option has expired.
Opportunities
- Leads to manage:New opportunities to be processed.- Forms to be validated: Forms sent and filled in by the client, awaiting verification- Waiting list requests to be validated: Forms filled in by the client for the waiting list, awaiting verification
Billing
- invoices to be confirmed:invoices pending validation.
- Credit notes to be confirmed: Credit notes pending validation.
- Payments to be confirmed: Payments in draft. This may be a cash payment that was created when cashbox was not open.
- invoices not sent: invoices not sent by email. It is possible to mark them as sent if there is no need for the customer to receive it, in order to make them disappear from this category.
Adyen
- Adyen terminals unavailable: Connection between Vega and the terminal unavailable. This may be due to a connection problem, a power supply problem...
SEPA
- SEPA transactions refused:Collection from the customer's bank account refused.- Draft SEPA transactions not sent: Draft SEPA transactions not sent.- Draft SEPA mandates : Mandates for which the banking information has been filled in but not signed.- Revoked SEPA mandates : Mandates that could not be set up.- SEPA Mandates to be signed online: Mandates sent to the customer but for which the banking information has not been filled in and which have not been signed.
Subscriptions
- Late invoicing: Contract for which invoice has not yet been generated.
- Missing bookings: Contracts for which the reservation has not yet been entered.- Upcoming expiries : Contracts with an end date close to the end date and not yet renewed or closed.- Start billing : Contracts for which billing has not yet been started.
Port
Boats
- Boats pirates: Boats pointed at the port, without stopover or a current contract.- Boats misplaced : Boats pointed on the port, on a zone different from the reservation of its contract/stopover, with a tariff incidence.- Boats misplaced : Boats located on the port, on a zone different from the reservation of its contract/stopover, without any tariff incidence.- Boats missing : Boats not pointed on the port with a current contract.- Boats to be positioned: Boats not manually placed on the map.- Missing registrations: Boats whose registration number has not been entered on their card.- Missing widths: Boats whose width has not been entered on their card.
- Expired insurances : Insurances whose expiration date is near or expired.- Boats unknown : Boats unknown at the time of the validation of the inventory.
Inventories
- Unconfirmed inventories: Inventories open but not completed.
stopovers
- Finished today : stopovers with an end date corresponding to today's date.- Finished to be invoiced : stopovers with an end date corresponding to today's date or an earlier date, which have not yet been invoiced.- To be completed: stopovers created from thestopovers module, to be completed.- To be invoiced: stopovers marked as completed and awaiting invoicing
- In progress: stopovers in progress, without an end date or with an end date later than the current date.- No parking: stopover for which the reservation has not been inserted.
Parking spaces
- Overbooked seats :Places with several simultaneous reservations.
- Over-occupied seats: Places with several Boatspointed at them.
- Blocked seats : Seats that are manually blocked to prevent any reservations being made on them.
Hotel
- Arrivals to be registered: Reservation at the hotel with an arrival date of the day or earlier, which has not yet been marked as arrival.- Departures to be registered: Reservation at the hotel with a current or previous departure date, which has not yet been marked as a departure.
